Yes. There is no cost and no obligation. You do not have to hire us to manage your property or list it with us to receive your evaluation.

Is this an automated online estimate?

No. A real person prepares your estimate using recently leased and sold comparables for homes like yours. Automated estimates often miss condition, upgrades, and neighborhood details that change the number.

How long does it take?

We usually schedule your review within 1 to 2 business days of your request. The meeting is short, and you receive a PDF copy of your evaluation right after.

Why do you review it with me instead of just emailing it?

A number on its own does not tell the whole story. Walking through the comparables together lets us explain what drives your range, account for your home’s condition and upgrades, and answer your questions on the spot. You still get a PDF copy to keep afterward.

Do I need Microsoft Teams?

No download is required. You can join from your web browser, or from the Teams app on your phone or computer. If video is not convenient, let us know and we will find another way.
